About Video Visits

Video Visit encounters are real-time, video-based interactions with patients that occur while patients are in their homes, workplaces or other non-clinical space. Video visits save patients time, money and travel-related stress. Patient satisfaction scores are tyipcally higher for video visits than for in-person encounters, particularly in key areas such as, physican communication quality, and likelyhood to recommend.
